Love & Hip Hop Atlanta aka ‘As The Hood Turns’ aired the 14th episode of its 4th season last night (July 27, 2015).
Last week, we were left with a cliffhanger orchestrated by Karlie Redd, who decided to be petty by inserting herself in Yung Joc’s relationship drama.

This week’s episode, titled ‘Countdown’ picks up where the bar brawl between Khadiyah (KD) and Sina left off and it’s clear that Lyfe Jennings isn’t really feeling Karlie Redd’s messy nature.

VH1 synopsis:
Margeaux confronts Joseline and Stevie; Kirk and Tony try to encourage peace between Rasheeda and Kalenna; Bambi shoots a steamy video.

Margeaux films an awkward scene with Joseline Hernandez that goes zero to a hundred REAL QUICK when she tells Joseline that she felt Stevie J. tricked her into agreeing to a photoshoot for a magazine that he & Joseline are a part of.
Joseline tells Margeaux that she should be honored that anyone would even want her in a magazine and proceeds to get loud and boisterous when Margeaux says she wants $10,000 for the shoot.
You have no music. As a matter of fact… go make me a drink and take that ugly orange hair out your head!
And what you can do is come over here and get on your knees and s*ck my p*ssy.
Wait what?!! Where the heck did all that come from.? I can’t with this show. DisTewMurch!! Moving on.
KD meets with Joc to give him an update about the explosive fight she had with his two exes, Sina and Karle Redd
Upon hearing the news, Joc seems surprised that Sina and Karlie were even together but he listens intently as KD rehashes the events leading up to the fight.
KD reveals that Sina used her pregnancy scare against her, citing her ?fake pregnancy? and KD feels that Joc was out of line for sharing that information with his baby mama.? Joc quickly flips the script, calling KD a ‘dumb ass’ for even going to the event without advising him first!
It’s the beginning of the end as KD tells Joc it’s the ‘last time’ she’s going to put up with his disrespect. Joc says that it should be the ‘last time’ KD uses the ‘last time’ speech because he’s tired of it.
KD storms out but not before commenting about being an upgrade for Joc being that she didn’t have to get knocked up to keep him. *sigh*
For the record, I saw Joc and KD together yesterday and posted a photo of the cute couple via my instagram. When someone commented under the photo about KD having ‘self esteem’ issues, Joc chimed in and appropriately took up for his woman…
It’s great to see the cute couple working things out. Moving on.
Karlie Redd had no business getting involved with Yung Jocs relationship drama, but I guess she feels entitled since she’s the primary reason he got a spot on the show in the first place.
Whatever the case, Karlie has pulled another recognizable artist into the LHHATL fracas, Lyfe Jennings, and he’s not too keen on the drama.
Lyfe pulls Karlie aside and tells her that his previous legal issues prevent him from being able to come to her rescue should a fight break out.? Hell… in short, Lyfe isn’t trying to go back to the clink over a reality show gig.
Karlie seems a bit honored that Lyfe would even consider intervening in a possible fight and seems to miss the underlying shade implied about her being too old to be so petty.? Redd seems to take heed to Lyfe’s words and promises to keep things peaceful.
It’s looking like Tammy Rivera is back in the LHHATL fold as she appears on the show for yet another week.
This week, Rasheeda meets up with Tammy and tells her how Kalenna felt Rasheeda was picking sides by checking on Tammy.? The two spot Bambi ?looking real single,? as she converses with an unknown gentleman in the club.
Scrappy is no where to be found and Rasheeda enters ‘messy mode’ inquiring about Scrappy’s knowledge of Bambi’s dealings.
Apparently the unknown gentleman is a producer and Bambi is there to premiere her appearance in his new music video. Bambi reveals she didn’t tell Scrappy she was working on the video and admits that she feels some kinda way about Srappy’s lack of support of her career during their relationship.
Bambi’s video appearance comes back to haunt her when Rasheeda decides to tell Kirk who then tells Scrappy.
Rasheeda & Kirk’s job is done after telling Scrappy the news and now they depart to let him deal with the wreckage!
Bambi brings up the fact that Scrappy could have done music with her, but didn’t.? She feels he’s been slacking and that he needs to be more supportive.? She storms out, telling him to call her when he can get a bigger ring.
It looks like Bambi is planning on moving on from Scrappy… and soon!
Rasheeda and Kirk go out on a romantic dinner date and Kirk surprises his wife with a double date with her former friend Kalenna and her husband Tony!
Kirk and Tony feel that Rasheeda and Kalenna should hash out their differences because they refuse to let the ladies’ beef interfere with their male bonding.
Kalenna admits in confessional that this was supposed to be a dinner to work on their relationship yet he brings her here to try to fix her friendship with Rasheeda (WTF?!) She feels her husband’s priorities are askew and if that’s truly the case, I might just agree!
Whatever the case, Kalenna and Rasheeda aren’t seeing it for each other right now, and their husbands aren’t making anything better by trying to force the issue.
Tony makes things worse when he brings up Kalenna’s ‘post partum depression’ in front of Rasheeda and Kirk, and his wife feels she’s being thrown under the bus.
What a bad idea! The two ladies then proceed to roast each other with Rasheeda telling Kalenna she needs to make some music (as if Rasheeda’s made any) and Kalenna roasting Rasheeda about her cheap clothing line.
This week’s episode ends with the two ladies being dragged apart by their husbands. *sigh*
