LIFE LESSON #1 – If you have no story line, have lunch with your gay friend and talk about every one else.

Let me go ahead and get Kenya Moore out of the way since she was a nonM*thaflockin factor on this episode.

Yet again it’s evident that Miss Ratchet USA doesn’t have a story line in sight.

Moore seemed to make amends with her arch nemesis Porsha Stewart last week in Savannah, but as she returns back to Atlanta she’s once again on her own.

Enter Lawrence Washington to save the day.

Kenya and Miss Lawrence lunch to dish dirt about Savannah.

Moore recounts how it was revealed that Chuck Smith dated both Phaedra Parks and Kandi Burruss (but she neglected to mention that she’s a part of the Smith dating legacy too… at least that’s what I’ve heard.)

Ok… nothing to see here. Moving on…

LIFE LESSON #2 -If your wife can’t bring the drama on reality television, ‘MAN UP’ and do it for her.

Mynique (pronounced MO-Nique) Smith is noticeably absent as her husband Chuck gets two of his ‘hometown’ buddies together for lunch.

Nene Leakes and Phaedra Parks join Chuck for lunch without the prying eyes of his wife, but while Ms. Parks is anticipating drama about their dating history, Chuck switches gears and asks if the ladies would lend their celebrity-ism to support the Boys & Girls Club of their hometown of Athens.

[Sidebar: It’s also revealed (again) that they all went to the same high school. If you recall, Nene was adament that she didn’t know Phaedra back when she joined the cast, this season she suddenly remembers everything about their childhood. ?But I digress.]

Where the heck was Mynique (pronounced MO-nique) and why wasn’t she invited to this lil private affair?

It seems Chuck Smith is now the new ‘housewife’ in town since Mynique (pronounced MO-nique) couldn’t bring the drama… ?stay tuned.

LIFE LESSON #3 – Time heals all wounds…

Kandi Burruss meets her mom up at Derek J’s salon.

As Mama Joyce gets her hair styled at The J Spot, she and Kandi have a lil conversation about all the drama that’s been going on surrounding Kandi’s engagement to Todd Tucker.

Mama Joyce reveals that she’s having some health issues and that her doctor has told her that she needs to tone it down a bit.

So at the end of the day, Mama Joyce has decided she’s done trying to manage Kandi’s love life and that for her own health, she has to let all the drama it go.

LIFE LESSON #4 – Never (ever ever) discuss your marital bedroom activities (or lack thereof)…. ESPECIALLY on national television.

Cynthia’s sister Mallory comes for a visit and she and Cynthia share some a bit of quality time.

Cynthia speaks about her marital issues and how even after having her fibroid procedure, it seems she still wants sex only about once a week.

Mallory tells her that’s not normal and that something else must be going on in their marriage for Cynthia not to be able to fulfill her ‘wifely’ duties. ?Mal reveals that she and her hubby get down everyday… and sometimes even 2/3 times a day, to which Cynthia responds:?“Two or 3 times a day, I don’t even EAT, two or three times a day.”

Cynthia admits that she fears being broke and Mallory gives her a bit of sisterly advice, telling her that she needs to have a talk with Peter because their finances may be hindering her sex drive.

LIFE LESSON #5 – If you want to feel like a ‘grown up’ rent a big?house…

Porsha feels like she’s a big girl now, so she goes out and rents a big house in Nene’s subdivision.

She invites her family over to see her new digs, and?Porsha’s mom and brother question her income.

Porsha says that her big leap will force her her step up. She feels that at the end of the day, if she falls on her ass, it won’t be because a man put her out, it will be because she couldn’t afford it herself.

Porsha also reveals that she has spoken with Kordell and that he says that he’ll stop the divorce if she just comes home and drops everything. ?She claims that it’s HER who decided to move on with the divorce because his demands were still too much for her.?[Insert side-eye]

[Sidebar: Y’all know dayum well that if that were true, Porsha woulda ran back to those checks and shopping sprees!! I ain’t saying she’s lying, but something in the milk ain’t clean about that story.]

LIFE LESSON #6. When a man tells you who they are… believe them.

Phaedra is stuck in the back seat as Chuck plays chauffeur for both she and Nene as they head to Athens to meet with the kids at the Boys & Girls Club in their hometown.

The trio reminisces about their high school memories… like hanging out at the Dairy Queen. Chuck Smith brings up how Phaedra had a big booty and Nene had skinny legs in high school.

They also come together during their visit to The Boys & Girls Club, as each of them shares some inspirational words for the kids.

On their way back to Atlanta, Chuck?brings up the Savannah trip as if it’s weighing heavy on his mind and even Nene admits it’s an uncomfortable conversation.

Chuck asks Phaedra what was said about their dating history and accuses Phaedra of lying about being his ‘girlfriend’ when they were younger.

If you recall, Chuck adamantly denied ever having sex with Phaedra when his wife Mynique was sitting next to him, but in the car with Phaedra, Nene asks again and he admits they did.

Chuck then goes on to brag about being a ‘young millionaire’ at that time and how he dated both Phaedra and Kandi… blah blah blah. ?But we already knew alladat.

Phaedra bounces back in her confessional, stating:

“I’m shocked that Chuck’s attacking me like this but he’s hating cause I did turn out to be something that he isn’t… really successful. And he’s looking back thinking ‘Wow, she’s definitely the one that really got away.”

It ain’t ‘trickin’ if you got it right?

All is fair in love & money when you’re a ‘young millionaire’ like Chuck in Atlanta. ?I wonder if Kandi, Kenya, Nene, Phaedra, Tamar Braxton and MyNique (pronounced MO-nique) can all attest to being the ‘6 broads’ ?he was rotating at the same dayum time.

But again… I digress.

LIFE LESSON #7 No money… mo problems…

Cynthia finally tells Peter that Mallory is going to be staying with them for a few months.

Mallory brings up Peter’s new car and an argument ensues. Specifically because Cynthia admitted that it was money that was her issue, the new car raises a red flag for Mallory.

Mallory and Peter clearly haven’t squashed their issues and Cynthia is once again stuck in the middle… but wait… that’s not the only trouble brewing between these two!

It seems that Peter is feeling some kinda way about Cynthia’s lack of attention and when the couple sits down to discuss their issues, all hell breaks loose!

Cynthia feels like she can’t slow down working because there’s always something and she’s always miserable… and Peter feels like Cynthia has too many people around her and that they can’t ever get past their issues like a normal couple.

It seems that 2 years later, Cynthia and Peter are still in the same space they were in when they got married. Do they have what it takes to make it through this growing rough patch?
