I haven’t heard much about the taping of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta… but then again, I haven’t really been listening out for anything either!
That being said, at least one of the ‘mainstay’ characters has gotten the boot and wasn’t asked to return for for the next season of LHHATL…
[FLASHBACK: LHHATL: Who is Erica Dixon? (PHOTOS)]
Yuup, say goodbye Erica Dixon (aka babymama)! She definitely won’t be back for season 5.
Details below…
?No. You won?t see me on this season of Love & Hip Hop [Atlanta].?
When asked how she’s adjusting to unemployment, Dixon stated that she’s slowly getting accustomed to being out of the spotlight:
It?s been peaceful. People don?t understand ? they just think it?s all this glitz and glamour because you?re on TV, but there?s so much that comes with it.”
It?s mentally draining and physically draining and people just don?t get that you know? And with me being a mom, I still have to put on face when it comes to her no matter what I?m going through.
I can honestly say I?m at peace and I?m happy.
[Sidebar: NO ONE leaves reality tv of their own accord.? Just ask Claudia Jordan (fired from RHOA), Benzino & Althea (fired from LHHATL) and Sheree Whitfield (Quit AFTER getting fired from RHOA).? But I digress…]
Whatever the case, if you’re wondering what else Erica will be doing to ensure her bills are paid on time, she’ll surely continue to focus on her instagram boutique and she’s hired a publicist to secure bookings.
Erica also revealed that she’ll be working on a series of children’s books that mirror her life growing up with a parent who suffered from substance abuse and addiction.
Dixon’s 7-book ‘Southern Bell’ series will be based on Erica?s life experiences from childhood up to high school, and she subsequently plans to pen a tell-all memoir.
[Sidebar: Memoir? About what? How to be a baby mama??? *sigh* I digress.]
Will you miss Lil Scrappy’s baby mama on the show?
