FOR DISCUSSION: Pastor Jamal Bryant Says ‘These Hoe’s Ain’t Loyal’ in Church Sermon… [VIDEO]

Pastor?Jamal H. Bryant of the?Empowerment Temple in Baltimore, MD recently made a shocking announcement in his church.

In a sermon given on the first Sunday of June 2014, entitled ‘I Am My Enemies Worst Nightmare,’ Pastor Bryant made a worldly statement that brought cheers from his loyal congregation.

?These hoes ain?t loyal!? Bryant preached from the pulpit.

And yes… ?Pastor Bryant actually said those exact words…

According to NewsOne, Bryant’s sermon was filled with homophobia, sexism and misogyny.

As you know, Bryant got inspiration for his sermon from the Chris Brown’s song ‘LOYAL,’ which lyrics feature the words ‘These Hoe’s ain’t loyal’…

When a rich n***a want ya

And your n***a can?t do nothing for ya

These hoes ain?t loyal

These hoes ain?t loyal

Yeah, yeah, let me see

Just got rich

Took a broke n***a b***h

I can make a broke b***h rich

But I don?t f**k with broke b****s

Got a white girl with some fake t****s

I took her to the Bay with me

Eyes closed, smoking marijuana

Rolling up that Bob Marley

I?m a rasta

NewsOne also notes that in the full sermon, Bryant also had a few words for the ?baby mamas? and ?sanctified sissies? in the audience.

With this level of misogyny permeating the ?Word,? it?s little wonder that Black women are leaving the church in droves.

In an interesting (and completely unsurprising twist), Bryant?s infidelity to his now ex-wife was exposed last year, which led to a highly publicized divorce.

Perhaps Pastor Bryant should worry about his capacity for loyalty and sexually responsibility before trying to tear down women.

Can we get an amen?

Interesting take on the subject. My thoughts are… the words are insignificant if the intent is pure. Who knows…. maybe the sermon touched a few people. *shrug*
