FYI…Kenya Moore filed another lawsuit against her landlord to drum up publicity for herself. Landlord was served today.
Apparently Moore wants her security deposit back even though she failed to pay her past due rent and was evicted from the property.
Details below…
Kenya filed claiming the landlord failed to return her security deposit.
Well, Kenya KNOWS the security deposit is in escrow until the judge decides her countersuit from the summer. Even the landlord cannot access the security deposit.
Kenya is simply jealous because the landlord has moved back into her house. It’s fabulously decorated, the lawn looks great, the pool is beautiful, and doesn’t need to pretend and make-up her life as Kenya does.
Kenya’s is trying to distract everyone from the bad press she received for abandoning her dog. ?As soon as I get my hands on court stamped documents, I’ll send to you.
