NEWSFLASH!!! Retired pro baller Kordell Stewart, ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams, is seeking to recover all the money that are owed to him by people who spread malicious rumors about his sexuality.
Stewart decided to finally put his foot down in a court of law after being plagued by those pesky gay rumors for over 20 years and?the straw that broke Kordell’s back was internet star Andrew Caldwell (aka Mr. DeliverT), who appeared on a radio show proclaiming to?have been involved in a romantic relationship with the former football star.

Stewart sued all parties involved and won a $3 million dollar judgment back in 2016 (click HERE if you missed that) and now he?feels it’s time for them to pay up!

Andrew Caldwell, the man who became famous for a viral video in which he denounced being gay with the statement,??I ain?t gay no more! I?ve been DELIVER-T??once claimed during ?a radio interview?that he’d hooked up with Stewart in the past and even alleged that the NFL Hall of Fame had bought him?expensive cars, purses and other gifts.
Caldwell soon retracted his statements publicly (click HERE if you missed that), but the damage had already been done.
Kordell sought legal action against Caldwell, Catalyst Next LLC, the company who owned the Internet morning show which Caldwell appeared, and?Jarrius Keyun Moon, the creator of a reality show that Caldwell was to appear in at the time back in October of 2015.
Stewart originally sued for $4.5 million in damages, noting that Caldwell?s comments hurt his reputation, was damaging to his brand and caused his 9-year-old son to be ridiculed and bullied.
Apparently none of the parties bothered to answer the lawsuit and Kordell was subsequently granted a default judgement.
As for damages, the judge granted Kordell $1.5 million in general damages and $1.5 million in punitive damages for a grand total of $3 million dollars and Stewart has been seeking to recover his money for years.
On May 4, 2018, Stewart’s attorneys registered his $3 million judgment in New York, hoping to recover some of the funds from Catalyst Next, LLC, the radio company involved in the suit.
Fun Fact: Kordell was also still seeking to serve Quentin Latham (aka Funky Dineva) with a similar defamation suit late last year (click HERE if you missed that), but was unsuccessful in locating the transient blogger.
