As you know, both Kenya and her cast mate/neighbor Sheree Whitfield, were both cited by Sandy Springs authorities after neighbors complained about noise and disruptions in the neighborhood stemming from the reality show filming.

According to WSBTV, Kenya appeared in Sandy Springs and pleaded no contest to citations that she did not have permits to film during a house party.
For the record, Sheree was also cited for not having a permit to occupy the residence (click HERE if you missed that).
Kenya was originally scheduled to appear the same day as Whitfield, but was issued a continuance due to a scheduling conflict. She appeared in court alone today (December 2, 2016), where she entered a plea of ‘Nolo’ and paid the mandatory $1,000 fine.

?I understand you are giving up your presumption of innocence and right to call victims on your behalf?? The judge asked Moore.
?Yes ma?am,? Moore responded.
?I accept your plea of no contest. You will be fined $1,000. And it looks like you’re going to pay that today?? the judge asked Moore.
WSB-TV news reporter Tom Regan attempted to question Kenya as she left the courthouse, but she twirled away with responses like… ?Doesn’t ‘my hair look great??
She also yelled the name of her website as she walked around aimlessly searching for her Uber driver.
A city official told Regan they welcome all productions, as long as the rights of neighbors are respected and they play by the rules.
