Toya Wright hosted an official book release party for her latest work, ‘In My Own Words… My REAL Reality‘.

The book is an ode to the reality star’s?strength and perseverance during the trying times she’s encountered this past year. ?Toya writes about how she remained strong after having to admit her mom to a psyche ward while going through the dissolution of her marriage to?the devastation she felt upon losing her two brothers and how she kept it all together?in spite of all of her losses.

How was I to remain strong and keep pushing? I had to, there was no other option; my daughter was watching. She’s my motivation, she’s what’s keeps me going. So with God, prayer, and faith; I just kept moving.

The private invite-only event was held at Atlanta’s CRU Restaurant and several of Toya’s friends came out to show support for her new project.

Attendees included Reginae Carter, Cortez Bryant, Jacob York, Kandi Burruss, Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris, Rasheeda and more.
