While the father of the reality star’s unborn child remains a mystery, Joseline has filed court documents indicating that it’s Stevie J. and she wants him to take a paternity test and provide support.
But the real tea is that many don’t even believe Hernandez is pregnant, especially since it’s been often rumored? that she was born a man.

As you know, the two pretended to be married during their stint on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta and Joseline’s court filings indicate that they were merely in a ‘long term relationship’.
Meanwhile, Stevie has been tight lipped about the kid and has neither confirmed or denied it’s existence.
In court documents, Joseline claims that Stevie privately agreed to pay medical expenses associated with the pregnancy, but now she wants a judge to make it all official.
Word on the curb is that Joseline is due in January, but paternity can be determined nowadays via a simple blood test from both parties.
No word yet on if Stevie will comply… but the internet seems to think that Joseline’s belly has been the same size for quite some time now and apparently many are questioning if she’s even pregnant.
