Kandi: The only ‘REAL’ housewife on RHOA…
Kandi Burruss is holding her peach front & center for a reason this season and it’s not because she’s a well-paid drama queen like Kenya!
Kandi has it all… a Grammy-award winning music career, a husband, a new child, and actual ‘real life’ ties to Atlanta.

While it may seem a bit boring to watch Kandi and Todd potty training baby ace, their mere presence is a welcomed example of a successful Black family unit.? For that at least… I praise them both.
Cynthia Bailey is now the ‘Beyonce’ of RHOA…
Cynthia meets with an attorney to discuss her ‘options’ regarding divorcing her husband, Peter Thomas.? It seems that the supermodel is finally fed up with Peter’s shenanigans and now she’s being pro-active about separating her life from his.
Peter appears in the episode during a hilarious facetime session with Bailey, as she inquires about the whereabouts of their per-nuptial agreement.? Thomas replies, ‘Ask your mother!’ and we get a flashback of how Cynthia’s mom and sister were against the marriage from the start.
Cue ‘Lemonade’…. WATCH!? All that’s missing is ‘Becky’ with the good hair!
I hate to shade Sheree because I already know ‘the people’ think I’m biased on the subject… (and I am), but I honestly wouldn’t have anything to speak on if she didn’t give me so much to talk about!
I mean really.? Sheree claims during her anticlimactic return, that her Chateau has been 4 years in the making but even Bravo producers saw through it as they pulled several clips to dispute her claims.
In one such clip, Sheree notes that her daughter Tearra has been a crucial key to helping Chateau Sheree come to pass, and producers show a clip from 2010 to now.
In another clip, producers show Sheree and Phaedra in a scene from ‘5 years ago’ meeting with contractors…
I’ll let y’all have that because the jokes just write themselves…

Pheadra meets with her new BFF Porsha and they each discuss Attorney Parks’ re-entry into the dating world.
Porsha certainly knows the ropes and since she’s been around the block quite a few times, she’s down for teaching Phaedra a few tricks of the trade.
But first… there’s a divorce at issue, which wouldn’t stop most people from dating anyway but Phaedra’s a ‘lady’ and she has to make sure her southern belle image is intact.
That being said, Phaedra is trying to convince the masses that she’s actually divorced when in fact, I HEARD she hasn’t even filed!

But I digress…
On a more positive note, I think ‘Frick and Frack’ are the perfect alternative to other forced interactions and conflicts between the ladies. But they also are a bit over the top and cartoonish with all the squealing and tongue displays.
Kenya sends everyone an exclusive invite to her housewarming party before she’s even finished with the house!? As the date approaches, there are several rooms unfinished and cosmetic flaws, but Kenya demands that the party must go on!
Contrary to her new arch nemesis/neighbor Sheree Whitfield, at least Kenya is able to actually LIVE in her unfinished home, but that doesn’t stop Whitfield from throwing major shade and Moore Manor’s lack of completion.
As expected there’s a bit of drama as the episode nears completion as Kenya gets not one… but TWO unexpected house guests: Rent-A-Matt and Porsha, who comes as Phaedra’s +1 even though Kenya implicitly stated ‘no THOTS’ on the invite!
Viewers are left with a cliff-hanger as Kenya calls Porsha outside for a ‘talk’ which we all know is going to turn into a blow-out!
Predictable? Maybe. But that’s what the show has grown to be these past few years. We should be used to it by now.
Noticeably absent: Nene Leakes, who gave the ladies and “A” for their efforts…
