A lot of rumors have surrounded the death of Atlanta-based rapper Shawty Lo (real name: Carlos Walker) and now there are reports that there may have been other factors that caused his untimely demise.
Details below…
The official cause of death has been ruled as blunt force trauma but now, its being reporting that the rapper also was in possession of painkillers when he died and he reeked of alcohol.
[DUH! That’s not surprising being that he was coming from the Blue Flame strip club! But I digress…]
The rapper’s autopsy report reveals Shawty suffered the blunt force injuries to the head when he was ejected from his vehicle in a car crash last month. The Fulton County Medical Examiner also found a prescription bottle on him labeled “Promethazine” … which was actually filled with Percocet and Vicodin.
The medical examiner goes on to say Shawty’s body bag emitted a strong smell of alcohol when opened … but the official toxicology results are not in yet.
The medical examiner revealed to TMZ that 2 females who were in the car with Shawty at the time of the crash asked cops on scene if they could take an undisclosed about of cash out of his pockets.
The cops allegedly allowed them to pillage his pockets and whatever was in the vehicle and they reportedly left about $16.
R.I.P. Shawty Lo.
