The academy award winning actress hasn’t had too many checks rolling in these days which could be due to her claims of being ‘blackballed’ by Hollywood.

Well in light of her Hollywood ban, it seems Mo’Nique hasn’t been able to pay taxes on the money she eared over the past few years and now she has a serious problem with the IRS with a tax bill that has grown to almost $400,000!

The tax lien, filed in Gwinnett County, Georgia, states that the couple, who married in 2006, has refused to pay their taxes for the years 2013 and 2014.
In 2013, they owed $201,695.99, and in 2014, they owed $188,208.99, bringing the total to $389,904.98.
Now, Uncle Sam has threatened to seize their assets, which include a 10,600 square-foot home in Duluth, Georgia they bought for $2.8 million.
