Love and Hip Hop Atlanta aired the 7th episode of it’s 5th season last night (May 16, 2016).
This week’s episode is appropriately titled ‘Playing With Fire’ as several friendships & relationships fall apart at the hands of others.
VH1 Synopsis:
Karlie gets close to a new man; Stevie J threatens to end things with Joseline; K. Michelle wants to take down her haters; Mimi and Chris are at a crossroads; Jessica fans the flames between Bambi and Scrappy.

Karlie is certainly accustomed to being the messy message carrier but she had no idea that she would one day become a target!
As you know, it was Tommie who told Josefine about Karlie two-faced ways, and Karlie doesn?t appreciate being sold out.
The two ladies get into an argument which ends with Karlie proclaiming that she?s never going to tell Tommie anything ever again.
Who’s dating who’s man this week?
Later in the episode, Karlie meets up with Tommie?s ex, Scrapp DeLeon, to ask him to be a part of her new record label and their meeting turns into a passionate lip lock!
During her confessional, Karlie reveals she?s met up with Scrapp a few more times since their encounter (who’s two-faced now??!!)
Karlie confides to Jessica Dime that she really likes Scrapp, but Jessica reminds her how Tommie and Tiara are always fighting over him… so it’s probably not a great idea.
Dime also drops a bombshell about her love life, saying how Lil Scrappy has been reaching out to her lately.
Later Jessica decides to tell Scrappy?s ex, Bambi, about him calling and texting her at Mimi and Ariane?s birthday party.
While Bambi, who brought a date to the party, tells Dime she doesn?t care what Scrappy is doing, the two get into an altercation and security personnel step in to keep them apart.
Nobody cares about K. Whasserface’s return…
Karlie reveals K. Whasseface?is back in Atlanta and has invited the everyone (except for Jessica)?to her album listening party. Jessica seems?offended that she didn?t get an invite since she THOUGHT she and K. Whasserface?were cool while?Mimi and Rasheeda are confused about why they actually GOT an invitation… since they aren’t particularly fond of K. Whasseface.
As it turns out, K. Whasserface is trying to rub what she perceives as ‘success’ in the face of those who didn’t see if for her the first time she weeble-wobbled through the ‘A’, ?so she?made sure to invite all of the people she doesn’t like so tat she can ‘gloat’ about completing her album.
Jessica Dime takes Mimi?s invitation, rips it up and uses it as confetti in celebration of K. Whasserface’s flop.
Moving on…
Stevie and Joseline?s marriage are already having problems but it completely falls apart when Josefine begins hanging out with Dawn again. ? If you recall, it was Dawn who shed light on Stevie and Joseline lying about actually being married and Stevie is still salty about her statements.
Joseline and Dawn have decided to make amends, but their friendship is driving a wedge between?Joseline and Stevie.
Things get so bad between them that Stevie reaches out to Mimi and asks if he can crash with her until he can figure things out.
At the end of the day, Chris decides to call it quits with Mimi anyway since it seems that things aren’t really working out between them.
Their breakup combined wth Stevie & Josefine’s ‘marital problems’ seem to be paving the way for Mimi and Stevie to end up together again.
