Now… after almost 4 years, Parks’ defamation lawsuit against Stanton is set to go to trial and if you know what I know, it promises to be a juicy case!

More details about this ongoing legal battle below…

As you know, Parks originally sued Stanton back in 2012 over claims that she made in her book that Parks oversaw a ?criminal enterprise? alongside husband Apollo Nida.

According to court documents, Stanton alleged that fake bank accounts, bad checks, stolen cars and more were used in a criminal enterprise that involved both Parks and Nida.

In addition, the records in the case state that Stanton even unbelievably alleged that the 44-year old attorney was into ?freaky? sex, and had a secret lesbian lover stashed away.

Parks filed a lawsuit against Stanton for defamation, and the author struck back?with her several outrageous counterclaims of her own. ?One of which claimed that Phaedra either ran or paid for ME to post articles about Stanton.

Parks reportedly tried multiple times to have Stanton’s counterclaims dismissed, but her most recent effort was denied on March 12, 2016.

According to RadarOnline, there is one more hearing for a potential summary judgment on Wednesday, April 20, 2016. But if the judge denies the judgment yet again, the case will go to trial the next day, on Thursday morning at 9:30 a.m. in Georgia.

Parks has declined to comment on the pending legal matter and Stanton has been noticeably quiet since her attorney advised her to stop tweeting about the case.
