For the record, Leakes will be spending quite a bit of time in NYC, thanks to her role in the Broadway production of Rodgers and Hammerstein?s Cinderella, which will run through January 3, 2015.
Starting November 25, Leakes debuts on Broadway when she steps into the role of Cinderella’s wicked stepmother Madame. Leakes will succeed Sherri Shepherd, who is performing the role September 9 through November 22.
