Mona Scott-Young, the executive producer of ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta‘ could be in deep doo-doo for helping out one of her cash cows.

Stevie J. was spotted out partying just days after being released from jail for his million dollar child support issues (click HERE if you missed that)….
Now Mona’s involvement in the ‘real life’ situation of one of her reality show stars is being questioned in the courts and her actions might be considered a FELONY!!
It all began about a week ago when Stevie J was arrested for failing to pay Carol Antoinette Bennett (one of his baby mamas) over a million dollars in unpaid child support.
Stevie J was reportedly bailed out by Mona Scott-Young and that act kindness might have landed her in serious trouble.
Mona Scott-Young is now facing accusations that she lied about Stevie J?s financials in an effort to help him avoid fulfilling his child support obligations.
Scott-Young was subpoenaed in the child support case last April, along with a host of other names in the entertainment industry that included Joseline Hernandez, Raymond ?Benzino? Scott, Sony Music Group, Viacom, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, The Kompany and Monami Entertainment.
They all faced inquiries by Project Child Support, a group formed to assist mothers who have child support issues doe to ‘reluctant or unwilling’ fathers, to find out the exact status of Stevie J?s finances so he could start clearing his debt.
The group is now calling out Mona Scott Young about statements she made in her subpoena where she said that Monami Entertainment never employed, subcontracted or contracted Stevie J for any kind of work.
The support group?s founder, Kia Patterson, has referred to Mona’s actions ‘felony child support evasion,’ stating:
I don?t understand how an Executive Producer of a hit television reality series does not enter into any agreements with the cast or any organizations contracted with the cast of a television production. This is a felony child support evasion case, and helping someone commit a felony crime is a felony crime.
We are going to cooperate with the federal agencies investigating this case and provide them with copies of all documents we received that are related to this case, including Mona Scott?s court ordered subpoena response. (source)
