Tamara Blaine (pictured above) ?was suffering a seizure when police were called to a hotel room and she died a short time later.
The medical examiner ruled Blaine?s death a homicide Oct. 7, noting the puncture wounds in her buttocks. The official cause of death was ?a systemic silicone emboly due to a cosmetic silicone injection of the buttocks,? officials said.
A 28 year-old New Jersey woman who issued the deadly shot has been charged in the death.

Cops busted self-described cosmetologist Tamira Mobley, 28, of Wood-Ridge, N.J. on Monday (March 11, 2014), and charged her with manslaughter and felony assault.
Sources said she killed the victim during a botched butt lift using silicone.
Mobley, who has a previous arrest for forgery in the Garden State, was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on Tuesday. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Bruna DiBiase ordered Mobley held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
On the day of the incident, Mobley used her credit card to pay for a room at the Liberty Inn, which bills itself as ?your rendezvous for romance? and has hourly rates.
About two hours later, she called the front desk and told an employee to call 911 because Blaine was having a seizure.
Mobley stayed around long enough to ensure her ‘patient’ received medical treatment, but had disappeared by the time authorities arrived.
Blaine, the single mother of a young son, was taken to Roosevelt Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
?When I lost her, nobody helped me,?? the mother said. ?When I looked for her, nobody was there for me. That?s just the way it is. Black people only have value when they die.?
Lola Blaine said her daughter was in good health when she last saw her and she only learned her daughter was dead when she got a bill from the morgue!
The incident occurred in July 2013, but Blaine’s death was not ruled a homicide until October 2013, with the medical examiner noting the puncture wounds in her buttocks.
An autopsy showed that Blaine died of the injection, which sent silicone into her veins, asphyxiating her and causing her to ?lose consciousness very quickly.?
A subsequent probe into Blaine?s death revealed she and Mobley had exchanged several e-mails about the buttocks-enhancement procedure and had booked prior appointments in June 2012, September 2012 and February 2013, cops said.
Blaine paid Mobley ?$500 to $800 on around six different occasions? for the illegally administered injections, according to a source.
Authorities tracked down Mobley by tracing the credit card she used to purchase the hotel room.
Mobley, who lists herself as a contact for a ?plastics and masks? company called Silikon Incorp, lured clients through a website, sources said. She had several e-mail addresses and at least three Web sites registered in her name, public records show.
When police arrested Mobley at her New Jersey home Monday, she admitted knowing Blaine but denied she?d given her any injection.
