Atlanta rapper Trinidad James, best known for his hit song ‘All Gold Everything,’ posed for the mugshot above after he was arrested at a Batesville, Mississippi Holiday Inn last Friday (February 7, 2014).
Just 2 nights prior to his arrest, Trinidad was spotted hanging out in Atlanta with Diddy, T.I., Justin Bieber & More (click HERE if you missed that).
The colorful music artist was reportedly locked up by Panola County authorities for Marijuana possession after he was caught smoking weed in his hotel room…. but wait!
It seems that Trinidad had a ‘Get Outta Jail Free’ card in his pocket because he reportedly walked away from those MS charges scott free!

Trinidad?may have looked baked out of his mind in his Mississippi mug shot, but that doesn’t mean he’s guilty of anything!
In the state of Mississippi, possession of marijuana is normally considered a misdemeanor and a first offense charge for possession of 30 grams or less is punishable by a mere fine of $100 to $250.
While that would have been chump change to the popular rapper, it appears he won’t have to pay a cent!
According to TMZ?who obtained the above footage of Trinidad James’ arrest, James was released after authorities decided not to pursue charges.
James was busted Friday?for possession of marijuana after lighting up in his Mississippi Holiday Inn hotel room — but after further investigation, ?cops have backed off the case.
We asked repeatedly why they won’t even present the case to prosecutors … but we got nothin’.
I’m assuming the cops who busted Trinidad in his hotel room didn’ t have much to go on besides the fresh aroma of canibus. But whatever the case, Trinidad is free to continue his ‘country town’ #TrapTour unencumbered by the weight of a pending court date.
