Usher Raymond was just one of many attendees for the premiere of?Open Road Films’ ‘Justin Bieber’s Believe,’ ? held at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California last night (on December 18, 2013).

Raymond, who produced the new film along with Scooter Braun, kept his infamous mini-fro under wraps while rocking a derby but that didn’t stop people from noticing his slimmed down frame.

Director Jon M. Chu calls the new film a ?transition movie,? giving audiences an inside look at Justin Bieber?s life as he records, tours and attempts to evolve under intense media scrutiny.
?This was about him transforming and growing,? Chu told MTV News about the film which is a follow-up of Bieber?s ?Never Say Never.?

?He hasn?t taken time off since he was 12? he knows he wants it, and wants to spend time with this family. His younger brother and sister are starting to grow up and he doesn?t want to miss their childhood,? Scooter said.
?I think for his wellbeing at 19, 20 years old, [it?s good for him] to take time for himself, to figure out who he wants to be.?

Raymond returns to judge ??The Voice? for the show?s sixth season along with Shakira while Christina Aguilera and Cee-Lo Green sit out again. ?He has also been spotted in the studio with a few old friends, hitmakers Jermaine Dupri and Bryan-Michael Cox.

On another note, is Usher losing way too much weight? I know he has a role in the film (blah blah blah) but how long must he walk around looking like that???
