Life Lesson #1 – It’s hard out there for a female entrepreneur!

Kandi just can’t catch a break these days.? At first everyone wants her to find a good man and ‘settle down’ and now that she’s finally found the one, it seems everyone wants her to stay single!

Kandi visits her new studio, The Kandi Factory, to meet with her manager, Don Juan.? When she reveals to Don how Mama Joyce feels about her fiance,’ he admits that he has similar concerns about Todd taking over the ‘family business’.

Kandi’s not having it…

Go by my actions, I’ve never been a person to let the TEAM down. I love Todd, but at the same time, I do love my career. Even when I was pregnant with Riley, you know I was still traveling and writing songs all the way up to when I was seven months pregnant.

I don’t stop. I’m not gonna stop Don.

I don’t know about y’all… but it seems to me that everyone around Kandi wants her to work, work, work, and not have a life and that’s so freakin sad!

In the end, it’s Kandi’s daughter Riley who makes sense of it all and Riley tells her Mom to just go ahead and get married and there’s nothing anyone can do.

He’s your husband, and you guys will have to stick to the end… “

Kandi admits that Riley may be the smartest person around her right now.

Life Lesson #2. ATL ‘housewives’ and ‘housework’ don’t mix… not in the 20th century anyway.

Hollywood and Atlanta are two totally different cultures and Nene attempts to adjust to life back in Atlanta. Her new/old (or is it old/new?) husband Gregg is on a mission to clean the house and he needs her help, but Nene isn’t feeling it.

Greg is clearly not Kordell. He knew coming in to the situation that I was NOT going to be ‘Molly The Maid!’

During their cleaning session, NeNe gets a call from her manager, who tells her that production for GLEE has been pushed back for a few weeks after the death of a co-star.

So now Nene’s stuck in Atlanta (working) but she prefers to be in L.A. working. Blah blah blah… Nene’s still the highest paid housewife, why can’t she stop being so dayum greedy and sit down for a minute!

3.? Marriage is a two-way street.? Period.

Pheadra Parks and her growing family prepare for a family photoshoot with photographer Rob Ector.

Apollo strolls in and apparently he wasn’t aware of the shoot because he seems a bit annoyed when he finds out about it.

The couple retreat to a back room for a little ‘talk’ but they press on and get through the shoot even throughout the chaos involved.

In a rare confessional, Apollo reveals that Phaedra wants to be right all the time, even when she’s wrong and he also shares that sometimes he’s the one who’s right.

4. Fibroid removal makes men frisky…

Cynthia Bailey gets prepped for her fibroid surgery and forgets to ‘wax’ the netherlands. Peter waits while Cynthia goes through her procedure and admits he’s just as nervous as she is.

The procedure Bailey gets is called uterine artery embolization, a fundamentally new approach to the treatment of fibroids that blocks the arteries that supply blood to the fibroid tumors.

It is a minimally invasive procedure, which means it requires only a tiny nick in the skin, and is performed while the patient is conscious but sedated ? drowsy and feeling no pain.

Bailey heads home to recuperate after her procedure and Peter decides it’s a great time to discuss how much sex they should have now that she’s gotten her problem solved. *sigh*

5. ‘Queens’ and ‘Housewives’ Don’t Mix…

Porsha Stewart is making herself at home in her Mom’s house. She brings up the fact that Kordell was way too focused on buying her clothes and her shoes and also flat out calls him a QUEEN!

“This is not something that a man would do. This is not something that a husband would do. This is something that a ‘QUEEN’ would do who is being dramatic!

And he wants to let me know, ‘woman to woman’ that he doesn’t give a dayum about anything that we had together.

Girrrrrl what? You married him though!

Later in the episode, Porsha shares a moment with Kandi Burruss and the two conveniently find that that a few sex toys Kandi sent over are missing (anal beads to be exact).

I bet Kordell had no idea what he was getting into last year when he ‘let’ Porsha join RHOA. Even though he has said flat out that he’s ‘not gay,’ she’s clearly not stopping until he admits it or files a defamation lawsuit.

Kandi gives Porsha the best advice ever when she tells her, ‘you’re young, y’all didn’t have any kids together and he really showed him an awful side of him. This way, you can break away and keep on moving and you don’t have any attachment to him.’?

Porsha breaks down crying and admits to Kandi that she’s just trying to be strong.

[Sidebar: If being ‘strong’ means using your public platform to crush your ex to smithereens… then Porsha is the strongest ‘housewife’ of them all!]

6.? Pay your rent or get evicted. Period. Point Blank. The End.

Kenya Moore is still packing up her empty rental home.

There’s clearly no furniture there and there was NEVER any there if you recall from last season but whatever… Kenya needs a storyline and her eviction drama is it.

Miss easy greasy cover girl USA 1993 enlists her gay BFF Brandon DeShazar and her cousin, Atlanta Chef Che Moore, to help pack her cleaning products with the cameras rolling.

Moore also makes a point to note that she and her ex-landlord were once friends but Kenya doesn’t consider her a friend anymore now she wants her to pay her rent.

There is clearly no story and Kenya’s ‘moving’ segment is for entertainment purposes only. She twerks around the empty house (the piano was already there) until she finds the landlord’s wedding dress which was still stored in the home.

The bi-polar beauty queen then puts on the wedding dress for a lil dress up session and prances around the empty house pretending to be a bride.

What the trio didn’t bank on was the landlord finding out about the unauthorized film crew at her home!? Apparently neighbors contacted the owner of the home to notify her of Kenya’s antics an she promptly called the cops to get Kenya and the film crew off the property.? But in pure RHOA fashion, the cameras rolled all the way through the drama.

[FLASHBACK: Kenya Moore Eviction Taped For RHOA + Her Public Apology To Nene Leakes (VIDEO)]

The best part of the segment was hearing the actual 911 call made by Moore’s landlord, where when asked by a dispatcher to give a description of Kenya, she states:

“Black, Femal, Medium Build. Tall. With Weaves and contacts and implants.”

I LIve!! 😆

Kenya says she had until 5pm to leave and claimed that the landlord wanted the drama.

“I had until 5pm to leave the home. She decides to show up at 3pm to harass me, so that she could have another story to sell to the ‘blog magazines’.

[FLASHBACK: Deadbeat Details: Kenya’s Landlord Strikes Back… ]

I personally, believe the landlord’s side of the story. If Kenya had to be out by court order, why did you bring the cameras to that lady’s home??? Seems like Miss Ratchet U.S.A. wanted the drama for the cameras not the landlord.
