Driving under the influence apparently runs in the Brown’s family as Tommy was arrested in Cobb County, Georgia early this morning for misdemeanor DUI.
As you know… Bobby recently faced a stint in jail for a similar incident just a few months ago.

He also appeared most recently on “The Houstons: On Our Own.”
It’s not the first time Tommy has had legal issues.? He was also popped back in March for driving on a suspended license charge and improper passing of an emergency/towing/highway vehicle.
Tommy was booked into Cobb County Adult Detention Center last night and has since been released on $1,650.
Is it possible for DUI’s run in the family??? SMH…
