RECAP: 5 Life Lessons Revealed on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta S2 Ep 8 + Watch Full Episode [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

There was way too much going on this week on Atlanta’s favorite hood cult soap opera, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.

Episode 8 of the popular docu-drama was filled with quite a few questionable antics i.e. DJ Tracy Steel giving love advice to Lil Scrappy’s jump off, Mimi Faust discovering her new boo wants her on his “train” when she just got off Stevie J’s “bus;” Joseline, Stevie J and Che Mack recreating the love triagle that used to include Mimi and Kirk Frost’s self imposed ‘baby mama drama’ with his wife, Rasheeda.

[Sidebar: Kirk actually told Rasheeda (again!) that it’s not too late for her to “get rid of” their unborn child and while many of you have fallen for the okie doke, I honestly believe the pair is on a mission to stack paper for their growing family by selling their souls for your entertainment.] Sad huh?

But I digress…

Anywhoo… check out the 5 life lessons revealed during this week’s episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta PLUS watch the full video below…

Life Lesson #1 – Money Talks

If I’ve said it once… I’ve said it a thousand times… marriage is a contract and sometimes a couple has to do what they have to do to keep food on the table.? Enter Rasheeda and Kirk…

Kirk shows up to Rasheeda?s photo shoot griping about how it appears to be way over budget and Rasheeda says that the business account has more than enough money to cover the shoot the way she sees fit.

?But if I tell you to wait you wait,? Kirk says with a raised voice. When she tells him she obviously couldn?t wait too long because she?d be too big from the pregnancy he blames her for the umpteenth time.

?I really have doubts about it anyway,? he says to Rasheeda.

[Calling Maury on line 1!!]

?Well doubt all you want with your smart mouth,? says Rasheeda. ?You think that sh*t?s funny??

Kirk keeps up the act, stating, ?At the end of the day, that right there will need a blood test,? he said.? ?The great thing for you is you?re at a stage where you can X that right there out the picture.?

Life Lesson #2 – Some people are better at giving advice than they are at taking it…

DJ Tracy Steel hangs out with Shay Johnson, who shares her heartfelt sentiments about her on again/off again relationship with Lil Scrappy.

Tracy advises Shay to just move on and get over it.

“If she would take my advice and move on, she would find someone to put a ring on it. Scrappy’s not gonna put a ring on it boo… move on.”

Life Lesson #3 – Bus or train…. the end result is still the same.

Mimi seems to be having second thoughts about her new boo Nikko and rightfully so.

For one thing, he has way too many resemblances to her ex, Stevie J and she’s not really feeling it.

She’s been getting it from all angles… Whasserface called him and his friend/roommate gay, Arienne confided that she didn’t feel he was the right choice for her and after having her fortune told, Mimi finally sees the light.

When she discusses her idea of a clothing line with Nikko, he says, ?I think I?ve been coaching you,? and she immediately cuts him off.

?Coaching me?? she asks. ?Your word play sometimes is so f?-d up,? she tells him.

He half apologizes, stating, ?You?ve been riding on my train,? which kinda makes things worse.

?Let?s not go there with the trains and the buses and the f?g jets,? says Mimi.

Nikko ain?t the one and Mimi finally “gets it”.

Life Lesson #4 – Love might make you stay longer, but common sense will help you leave.

Shay is back in Scrappy’s bed… oops scratch that! Scrappy is back in Shay’s bed and she finally gets the nerve to inquire about his relationship with Erica.

After being embarrassed by Scrappy’s proposal to Erica during last season’s reunion show, Shay isn’t taking any more chances, so she asks where he stands with Erica, to which Scrappy replises,?Unfortunately, we?re done.?

Ummm… ?unfortunately??? Hmmm…? that’s clue #1 that he still has feelings for his baby mama.

Clue #2 – Scrappy tells Shay that his bond with Erica is basically unbreakable.

That’s when Shay finally starts to catch on…

?You use the friend card with me a lot,? Shay says. ?We wasn?t sexing as no friends.?

?We was just f?-g six days before you proposed homeboy.?

Scrappy denies it. He?s also tired of apologizing for the same thing.

Shay has absolutely had it and she puts Scrappy out. The scene ends with him standing on Shay’s front lawn sippin on a glass of Hennessey acting like it was all his idea to leave (while he waits for Momma Dee to pick him up in the Caddy.. LOL!)

Life Lesson #5 – How you got him is how you’ll lose him…

For some reason Joseline is acting real brand new this season.

Her relationship with Steebie has apparently grown to such an extent that she now dictates who he works with and refuses to share him with anyone.

When JoJo finds out that Stevie bought Che Mack a television few weeks ago, she loses it and decides to walk away… again.

?What you not gon? do, you not gon? play me,? she tells him. As she?s trying to break loose from him he starts throwing it in her face that he owns her music and that?s he?s working with a new artist.

?Your project was done before it was started.? Stevie J fights dirty.

When she tells him he?s never done anything for her he responds, ?You were a prostitute when I met you.?

Joseline goes to leave and Stevie spills the tea that everything on her body is fake. As she?s getting in the car she tells him, ?Now walk home, bitch. Catch the MARTA.?

Now Steebie can REALLY get Che Mack on his “bus” since they’ll both be on public transportation…
