When Sheree was spotted in NYC earlier this month, I tried to warn y’all that she had quite a bit up her sleeves.
The quick witted ex-wife of retired NFL player Bob Whitfield is on a mission and has been hitting up quite a few shows to keep her name front & center.
Yesterday (December 22, 2012), Sheree hit up CNN to appear on “Headline News” (HLN Weekend Express), where she discussed the “reality” of reality shows.
It’s very stressful… it’s very hard and when I look back, I’m like ‘oh my God!’ You know, because my kids watch the show and their friends watch the show.
And the funny thing is, now that I’m not.. no longer on the show, me and my ex… we’ve moved past that. Like… we’re able to get along better.
I think there was a lot of stress and a lot of weight on the show… that kind of was like… a lot of the demise of our friendship as well.

Some of the positives?? For one… being able to connect to so many women… millions of women across the country who were either going through the same things I was going through or able to relate to me in some way. So that was wonderful.
And also being able to build such a wonderful fanbase and build my brand She by Sheree…

VIDEO: Sheree Whitfield Discusses The ‘Reality’ of Reality Shows
It’s a hot topic that surfaces when anyone gets hooked on a reality TV show– is the show staged or is it actually real?? Just earlier this month, a former cast member of ‘Storage Wars’ filed a lawsuit against the show. David Hester claims A&E and the production company staged storage auctions.
To get a firsthand account of what it’s like to be a reality TV star, Natasha sat down with former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Sheree Whitfield.
They talked about the pros and cons of living life with cameras on you all the time, how much of reality TV is pretend and Sheree’s new jewelry line, ?She by Sheree.? (via HLN)
As for the cons of reality television, Sheree didn’t really mention any. The host attempted to help her out by throwing a few hints… mentioning how marriages are destroyed by reality television shows, however Sheree just didn’t get it.
Instead, Whitfield ended the segment by saying she’d definitely do reality television again, especially since she was such a positive role model to so many women…
It can be very tough… yes I would do it over. I would do it over.
It’s a great platform and I really had a good impact and hopefully a positive impact on many women.
