Atlanta Music Industry Legends Honored at ASCAP’s 2nd Annual Industry Mixer [PHOTOS]

As Atlanta plays host to the BET Hip-Hop Awards,? ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) took the opportunity to honor a few music industry legends that were the foundation of Atlanta’s historic musical past.

ASCAP Rhythm & Soul and Hennessy Black hosted the 2nd annual Atlanta Legends Mixer at the W Hotel last night (September 26, 2012) and honorees included Clifford “T.I.” Harris, Michael Mauldin, Kendall Minter, Noontime Music and Perri “Pebbles” Reid.

Actress/singer Demetria McKinney, the Teddy White Band and DJ Baby Yu were the featured entertainment for the evening.

Attendees included former Atlanta mayor Bill Campbell, Jermaine Dupri, DaBrat, Jazze Pha, DeVyne Stephens, Dondria, Christopher Hicks, Derek J, Johnta Austin, Shanell, Atlanta city council members Kwanza Hall and Ceasar Mitchell and more.
