Hudson has been chosen to perform a Grammy tribute to Whitney Houston, whose death was reported to news media roughly 24 hours before the awards show and several online reports, the tribute will be short and sweet.
?We?re very saddened, and we don?t want to rush into anything that wouldn?t be respectful,? said Grammys executive producer Ken Ehrlich.
?I?ve asked Jennifer Hudson to come, and we?re really at this moment talking about what she?s going to do. It?s going to be something respectful. It?s not going to be a full-blown tribute, that?s too early and it?s too fresh at this moment.?
It will be interesting to see what they come up with being that it’s such short notice.
