When the news hit that Nicki Minaj’s assistant/boyfriend, Safaree Samuels had assaulted her with a suitcase, Nicki was quick to debunk the story.
She even worked her social network when the story broke, tweeting to her fans that it was all lies…
Now the actual 911 tape from that fateful July 12th evening at the Palomar Hotel in Dallas has been revealed and it pretty much debunks Nicki’s entire denial.

After the incident, Nicki and her abusive boo paraded around rocking “Don’t believe the Blogs” t-shirts (above),? but it’s apparent that she’s the one who shouldn’t be believed.
The 911 call, made by a hotel employee who requested assistance during the melee, was released by the Dallas police department to TMZ.
‘Why you hittin me? Why you hittin me?’
Her boyfriend, Safaree, can be heard on the tape as well, screaming:
This is my luggage! I want my fuckin money! This is my motherfuckin suitcase!
Domestic violence is no laughing matter and it’s unfortunate that Nicki would lie and try to cover up the situation (obviously to protect her boyfriend), while so many of her “Barbies” look up to her.
It’s a sad situation all the way around.
It’s evident Nicki lied…? What would have been the best way for her to handle this situation?
