Mugshot Mania ~ Who Knew Lacefronts Could Hide Cash?

Meet 20 year old Esther Armbrister.

Esther has officially made it into the SFTA mugshot hall of fame not only because of neatly applied lacefront, but because of the circumstances of her recent arrest.

Esther, who has been arrested countless times for charges related to prostitution, recently returned to her favorite jail cell after she was accused of stealing over $1,600 in cash from one of her johns and hiding it in her lacefront!

Officers were called to the Westin Diplomat Hotel on Hollywood Beach after a resident at the hotel discovered over $1,600 of his cash missing.

Esther Armbrister, 20, of Miami, was the prime suspect after spending the night with the gentleman.

Armbrister, who told the man her name was Brooke, spent a bit of quality time with her new found friend, but when morning came, she was in a rush to leave.

But before she could make it out of the door, the “john” checked his cash and noticed his Ben Franklins were missing. He confronted his new acquaintance, but she said she didn’t have the money and even stripped down, turned out her pockets and emptied her purse, in an effort to prove she didn’t take the missing money.

But she didn’t remove her lacefront.

Once the officers arrived, they thought there was something peculiar about Armbrister’s glued-on wig and upon removing it, discovered 15 $100 bills and six $20 bills hidden underneath!

Officers promptly arrested Armbrister, who later confessed to the crime, according to a police report of the incident.

Armbrister was held in Broward jail without bond, on charges of grand theft and resisting an officer without violence. I’m sure she’s quite comfortable, being that she’s been there many, many times before.
