Meet 87-year old Ola Mae Agee. The innocent looking granny was nabbed in Pensacola, Florida last year after she sold an undercover officer crack cocaine in her living room.
Agee was arrested and charged back in May 2010 by Escambia County officers and taken to jail but was released on her own recognizance because of her age.
In November 2010, a jury found the senior citizen guilty of one count of selling cocaine.? Agee was sentenced to 18 months in jail, however she could have been sentenced to up to 15 years in prison.
Agee was convicted mainly due to a surveillance video of the sale, which shows the undercover officer purchasing the drugs. He knocked on the back door of Agee’s home. Agee then answers the door and walks the officer to another room where she retrieves the crack after rummaging through the couch cushions.

Sad thing is… this was not the first time the 87-year-old had been arrested on drug-related charges!
When she was a teensy bit younger (73) Agee pleaded no contest in December 1996 to possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver. In that case, she served two-years probation, which ended in July of 1998 when she was 75 years old.
A year later, in February of 1999, Agee was arrested for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, but the charges against her were later dropped.
I guess that proves that you’re never to old to be a career criminal. I’m just mad that all she had to do was flash her AARP card to get outta jail free…
