They tried to get rich. But they got drunk tryin!
Two bumbling burglars – one of whom was found guzzling wine inside a closet – were busted by cops after they broke into 50 Cent’s Connecticut mansion on Tuesday morning.
Do they even realize how dangerous Fiddy is (or used to be)?
Alexander Hernandez and Santos Padilla (pictured above) are the two brave souls who thought they’d rob Fiddy’s house.
A security guard called police around 6 a.m. to report a suspicious car in the driveway of rapper’s multimillion dollar, 52-room Farmington home. Police believe the accused bandits climbed over a fence and got into the house ? which was once owned by boxer Mike Tyson ? through an unlocked door.
One of the accused thieves, Alexander Hernandez was found “hiding in a closet, drinking a bottle of wine he had stolen from the residence,” according to a press release from the Farmington Police Department.
Another suspect, Santos Padilla, was discovered hiding in another part of the house. Both were in possession of marijuana when they were arrested.
Hernandez was released on a $50,000 bond. He was turned over to cops in New Britain where he is wanted on outstanding warrants. Padilla was held on a $50,000 bond.
The Queens hip-hop mogul wasn’t inside of the residence at the time of the break in.
