Mugshot Mania: Wiz Khalifa Arrested on Drug Charges?

Another day, another dumb “A” rapper gets arrested! Meet Cameron Thomaz age, 22. You may know Thomas by his rap stage name, Wiz Khafifa or perhaps his catchy “Black & Yellow” song more likely rings a bell. [Sidebar: that’s the only way I knew him.]

Whatever the case, Wiz Khalifa was arrested last night immediately after he performed his hit song for East Carolina University.? The rapper reportedly sent out a tweet bragging about his weed stash and officers took the rapper into custody after searching his tour bus.

Khalifa was booked into the jail at around 1:30 a.m. He posted $300,000 bail and was released from detention at around 8 a.m. ET. He was charged with a felony count of trafficking in marijuana, a felony count of maintaining a dwelling/vehicle/place for sale or storage of marijuana and one misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to MTV, nine other people were arrested along with Khalifa on the same charges and were still in jail at press time.

Idiocracy is running rampant these days. All I know is, Wiz Khalifa’s got an arrest record under his belt. That usually spells S.U.C.C.E.S.S. in the rap game.
