I told y’all the other day that Lisa Wu-Hartwell had been booted from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Well… it’s been confirmed that the third season will be her last.
I caught up with Lisa and her adorable hubby Ed Hartwell, during the grand opening of The Loft 22 Entertainment Company, a television production company launched by Princess Banton-Lofters, creator of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Lisa confirmed that she was asked to manipulate her life for the cameras and it just wasn’t happening! Check out what she had to say about all the drama in our one on one in the back room…

When Lisa told me the news, I told her that I felt she’s just too dayum “normal” for the show. Not only will they create drama where there is none, but it’s all for “show”… meaning she’d have to act a fool for the camera and she’s just not the one. Shoot… girl leave that to NeNe, Kim and Sheree’… they’re good at pretending and we all know it!
Lisa just finished a book entitled ” When the Cake is Already Made” and plans to make a movie from it. The book deals with a lot of relationship issues including domestic violence, of which she’s spoken about on many occasions.
She also just completed a fitness DVD which coincides with hubby Ed’s Fitness Calendar.

And she?s currently traveling back and forth to L.A. working on a film with Robert Downey Jr. where she gets to use her martial arts skills on film.
Lisa said that the decision to end her relationship with the show was mutual so don’t worry about her. She’ll be just fine…
