Suge Knight is in child support hell…. again! Last year, the larger than life music mogul got hemmed up in court by former death row singer, Michel’le Toussaint, who happens to be his ex-wife and the mother of his 7 year old daughter, Bailei. Michel’le was after Suge for failing to pay over $40,000 in unpaid court-ordered spousal and?child support. (click HERE if you missed it).
Now Suge’s being sued my his other baby mama but according to his bank account…she waited too late.
In papers filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Tammie Renell Hawkins is seeking child support for Taz Maree Knight, who was born in May 2005.
In California, where the suit was filed, support is based on the presumed income of the paying parent.? Since Suge ain’t really making Death Row dollars anymore, it’s reported in the documents that his net income is a mere $1,207 a month!
Last year, Michel’le was asking for over $13,000 a month support in addition to the funds that were in arrears. Now…I’m making assumptions, but if Michel’le even got HALF of that she’s in the game. But then… she does have a son by Dr. Dre too. And we all know what a cash cow he is!
But poor Tammie can’t even get gas money. According to court documents, due to Suge’s low “net” income, Tammie can only request? $302 monthly. Looks like Tammie’s S.O.L.
Knight is said to also have several other baby mamas.
And the moral of this story is? Always keep you a “spare” baby daddy…
