Ciara was spotted out in L.A. recently rocking a fresh new weave. I guess she got the memo that her old hair stylist wanted her wig back. I wonder if she shipped it back first class or express mail?? Whatever the case, CiCi’s short hair phase appears to be over. Now everything is right with the world… womp womp!
