The Xscape sisters are still fighting!!
Tamika Scott just dropped a new single called “Tonight,” just weeks after after her sister LaTocha Scott dropped a whole gospel album entitled, “The Invitation: A Conversation with God.”
It’s no secret that the two have been battling since Tamika sold her soul to the Kandi Koated Clique to backstab her own sister for a reality show check, but is her new single ft. Method Man her way of twisting the knife?

For the record, Tamika is a great vocalist but she’s always been seen as LaTocha’s ‘backup’ during their days with Xscape. Now that the dust has settled a bit with the group’s tumultuous history, it seems that Tamika wants to prove that she’s the better singer.
Tamika has been in the news quite a bit these days after attempting to destroy her sister to the delight of fellow group member Kandi Burruss, who’s always had a beef with the Scotts. Now that Tamika is “Team Kandi,” it’s clear she’s got the Kandi Koated Machine to back her up as Burruss has seemingly taken the place of big sister Tocha.
Now she’s enlisted rapper/actor Method Man to join her on a single, hoping to benefit from his current popularity as one of the stars on STARZ’ Power: Book II and she’s recently shared the audio online.

Meanwhile, LaTocha Scott’s gospel album has been slowly making waves and many are shocked.
You know what I think? I think Tamika is trying too hard to eliminate her big sis. With all the accusations floating around about how LaTocha was planning on a solo career outside of Xscape, it seems that Tamika was planning one as well.
Hell, without the Scott sisters there would be no Xscape. Maybe that’s the plan all along.
