Recap + video below…

Tanya hosts Eva’s Bachelorette Party…

Tanya gets the task of getting the ladies together to celebrate Eva’s pending nuptials and she decides to host a pajama party.

Most of the ladies arrive sexy and prepared for a night of fun, except Kandi, who decides to rock a set of ‘granny pajamas.’

Tanya is turned up… but it seems that Nene is still feeling somekindaway about their previous conversations. In confessionals, Nene states that she’s still in ‘simmer down’ mode, which is evident by the way she totally ignores Tanya during the party.

During small talk, Porsha reveals that Dennis told Paul (Tanya’s man) about Porsha’s pregnancy and also told him that they are getting married. After hearing how highly Dennis spoke of Porsha to another man, Kandi rethinks her position about him being a cheater.

Meanwhile, Tanya booked a stripper who was totally underwhelming. Mr. stripper man rocks white socks and a paper ‘g-string’ as he grinds his way through one dance.

One and done? I guess Asian men are quick with it. But I digress.

The pickles picked up the party…

Tanya’s party is somewhat of a dud until Porsha decides to grab a jar of pickles.

Kandi immediately comes to the rescue as she encourages a freaky game where everyone grabs a pickle (penis) and pretends that it’s their man.

The party takes a different turn as the ladies all engage in sexual positions.

After spending quite some time humping pickles, the ladies all decide to make it a club night.

Bonus clip: Marlo gets so drunk that she gets locked out of her room and producers capture the moment.

Nene is slowly falling apart…

Nene finally gets Gregg on the phone and admits that she’s been feeling stressed out because she can’t communicate with her husband.

The ‘OG’ housewife is accustomed to her hubby being her backbone, but with him being sick, he’s like a different person.

Nene confesses to Cynthia that she’s overwhelmed and feeling weak. While everyone sees her as the strong person, Nene feels that it’s difficult to hold it all together during this trying time.

“I’m tired… I’m tired of trying to put on a face for everybody, but nobody is there for me,” she says. And Cynthia admits she doesn’t know how to comfort her friend.

It’s clear that “strong” is a word used too loosely as everyone has a breaking point and Nene is slowly breaking right in front of our eyes.

Meanwhile, Eva plans a traditional samurai lesson for the ladies and it’s the perfect opportunity for Nene to blow off some steam.

The ladies get a short lesson in martial arts and how to handle the sword.

Hilariously, Marlo admits she’s good with a blade, stating ‘I fought with knives too back in the day…’ but we already knew that.

Nevertheless, the ladies all get to ‘battle’ each other in a different way as they learn how to ‘slay’ with samurai swords.

Special Delivery…

Even though they’re far apart, it seems that Gregg knows what his wife needs.

Nene unexpectedly receives a huge bouquet of exotic flowers along with a heart felt note.

When she reads the note, she immediately breaks down into tears.

Eva reads the letter out loud and apparently Gregg is asking for forgiveness as he knows that Nene is hurting as well.

Nene admits that Gregg is the only person who can piss her off in 5 seconds and make her smile 5 seconds later. ?It’s clear the couple have a deep emotional bond and viewers are treated to several flashbacks of Gregg and Nene over the years.

It’s an eye-opening moment as Nene admits that she doesn’t know where their relationship is headed or how it can be repaired.

Love & Light is Back…

The ladies all gather for a final dinner in Tokyo. ?As the host, Eva asks each of the ladies to give their highs & lows over the past year.

Eva’s highs are her baby and her upcoming marriage, her low was her grandfather’s illness.Cynthia admits that her ‘best friend’ Noelle leaving for college was her low. ?Her high is her new relationship with Mike Hill.

Kandi’s low? she can’t balance her career and being a mother. ?She also mentions how Riley feels about expanding their family. ?Kandi’s highs are her businesses are booming and she’s looking forward to her next venture… the Dungeon burlesque show.

Porsha says she doesn’t have any lows, and states that her high was how she was once resigned to the fact that she would never have children… then she met Dennis and he changed everything. ?She said that the relationship was fulfilling her and that Dennis is a ‘completer’ and has managed to make everything come together for her.

Hearing that, Kandi admits that she and Porsha have a lot in common. ?In fact, she realizes how people dragged Todd in the beginning stages of their relationship is the exact same thing she did to Porsha and Dennis.

Kandi tearfully apologizes to Porsha for the things she said and reveals that she ‘feels shitty’ for the way she treated him when he’s been nothing but nice to her.

It’s a great ending to the ‘girl’s trip’ but apparently things still aren’t quite great between the two former friends. ?But we’ll see more of that as the season moves on.
