It seems that every year around this time, there are rumors about some big celebrity joining the popular reality show.
MTO reported yesterday that “Bravo execs have been negotiating with singer and “Braxton Family Values” star Tamar Braxton and husband Vince Herbert ? to join the cast of the Bravo HIT TV SHOW, Real Housewives of Atlanta”.
According to my well informed sources, that report is completely false.
Tamar and Vince have their own show on a different network and I’ve been told that if you’ve already been on a reality show with cast members they won’t even consider you.
That’s why Atlanta celebs like Toya Wright, Tiny Harris, Tameka Raymond Foster (who would be ratings gold IMO) haven’t been considered. They have all been on reality shows in the past.

As previously reported, Sheree Whitfield got her peach snatched and will not be returning next season but Nene Leakes, Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams and Cynthia Bailey all have solidified their contracts for season 11 (click HERE if you missed that).
Eva Marcille is returning as well and I predict she will secure one of the 2 peach holder positions. Marlo Hampton will also be returning but in a friend capacity, as her peach holding status seems to be unlikely.
For the record, I’ve been told that Bravo is seeking to add some fresh faces for season 11 and I’m pretty familiar with at least one of the “fresh faces” being considered but I’m saving that tea at a later date.
