NEWSFLASH! It’s being reported that Phaedra Parks of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and her incarcerated husband Apollo Nida are officially divorced.
But hold up… wait! Stop. Rewind! ?There must be some shenanigans going on because Apollo’s camp says if he’s divorce, it’s news to him and MY sources say there’s absolutely no evidence of a divorce ever being filed!

Phaedra recently appeared alongside TMZ staffer?Raquel Harper, where she dished quite a bit of dirt and ‘shade’ on the upcoming season of popular reality show. It was a pretty awkward interview but entertaining nonetheless.
The ‘Queen Of Shade’ Phaedra Parks stopped by Raq Rants this week to talk about the new season of ‘RHOA’, her ongoing beef with Kenya Moore, her dating life and why the housewives franchise doesn’t need Nene Leakes!

In the video above, Phaedra throws shade at Nene Leakes, stating that she won’t be missed because it is the ‘ensemble’ that makes the show and not just ONE person.
Phaedra also speaks?about missing Apollo’s influence in her son’s life and reveals that she’s finally OFFICIALLY divorced from Nida.
Apollo’s reaction? His camp tells us if the divorce is truly finalized, it’s news to him. (source)
Now… wouldn’t you think that Apollo would know if he’s divorced or not?
I reported a few days ago that the incarcerated felon says he has a ‘new queen’ in his life who’s been holding him down while he’s been locked up (click HERE if you missed that), however Nida couldn’t tie the knot again even he wanted to because he’s still very much married to Phaedra!

A?VERY solid source of mine checked into the divorce for me and here’s what they found:
There is no divorce case on file on the superior court of Fulton county under either parks or Nida. As I understand the law, unless they consented to jurisdiction elsewhere, Fulton county superior court would have jurisdiction on this case. Phaedra is a resident of Fulton county and Apollo is as well. Even though he is incarcerated in another state, for the purposes of jurisdiction in a civil suit his last place of residence would control (jail does not constitute residence for the purposes of jurisdiction).
So I would say she has not filed for divorce that I have found so I am not sure how it could be finalized.
So is Phaedra divorced or nah? ?I would venture to say nope… not at all. ?So until there’s some paperwork i.e. RECEIPTS from the court stating otherwise, Phaedra’s ‘divorce’ is merely a title she imposed upon herself.
Maybe Phaedra got some super secret divorce that doesn’t have to be signed by your spouse or granted by a judge?
Taking a ring off does not mean that one is no longer married, but I guess she has a job to do and we all know she’s not the first to pretend to be divorced. ?At least Nene & Gregg actually filed the paperwork while he stayed out of sight in the basement. *sigh*
