Park Tavern in Piedmont Park was the site for ATL Live on the Park?s 4th annual Hip Hop Pro Awards hosted by Shanti Das and Marlon Nichols. Awards were presented to five individuals who have made a lifetime commitment in keeping Atlanta?s Hip Hop culture in the forefront of the entertainment industry.

The 2016 recipients included: Ludacris, Hip Hop Pro Icon Award recipient; Josh ?Jay 1? Raiford, Hip Hop Pro Trailblazer recipient; Phillana Williams, Hip Hop Pro Visionary recipient; Cannon Kent, Hip Hop Pro Legend recipient; and Jay Carter, Hip Hop Pro Trendsetter recipient.
Notable guests in attendance included: Silkk the Shocker of No Limit Records, Chubb Rock (legendary hip-hop artist), Euxodie Bridges (Wife of Ludacris), Tameka Foster (Atlanta Exes), Eva Pigford (actress, TV host and fashion model), Toya Wright (Reality Star and Author), Torion Sellers (Actor: Barbershop 3), Monyetta Shaw (Atlanta Exes, Author), Chaka Zulu (Manager of Ludacris), Hurricane Dave (Operations Manager of Radio One), Gregg Smith (Associate Director, Writer/Publisher Relations for SESAC), Keinon Johnson (Interscope Executive, founder of Never Sold Dope), Tim Davies (VP/GM of Radio One) and more.
