Cynthia Bailey is one step closer to divorce … the family home has just gone bye-bye.
The ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star and estranged hubby Peter Thomas put their East Atlanta home up for sale late last month and it’s already in escrow … almost for the full asking price of $699k. By metropolitan standards, it’s a bargain … 4 bedrooms, 5 baths

As you know, the estranged couple has been living apart for months now… with Peter working on his bars in Charlotte and Cynthia pursuing her acting career in L.A.
