President Barack Obama recently shared his thoughts about the loss of the legendary musician, Prince.

As you know, Prince, 57, passed away April 21, 2016 at his home in Minnesota and news of the loss shocked the world.

**Fun fact -? Did you know that Prince didn’t even vote for Barack Obama. In fact, Prince didn’t vote AT ALL.

The legendary musician spoke about his lack of political involvement in an interview with Tavis Smiley a few years back.

Prince sat down with Tavis Smiley for his PBS talk show to discuss misinterpreted lyrics, why he doesn’t vote and other insights that could only come from the mind of the man who brought you Purple Rain.? One of the strangest moments in the interview comes when Prince is talking about “Dreamer,” an ode to comedian Dick Gregory that features on LOtUSFLOW3R, and brings up “chemtrails,” the conspiracy theory that argues jets drop chemicals through their smoky exhaust.

Prince also revealed some intimate information about a childhood bout with epilepsy that made him an outcast, stating, “I tried to compensate for that by being as noisy as I could and be as flashy as I could.”

While the cause of his death has not been revealed, some of the things Prince said in the interview indicated that he suffered from health issues throughout his life.
