C-Murder (born Corey Miller), the brother of No Limit Records founder Master P, is currently serving a life sentence for killing a teenager in a?2002 nightclub?shooting.

Miller?was accused of shooting 16-year-old Steve Thomas on Jan. 12, 2002 at Harvey, LA?s?Platinum Club. Witnesses say Miller?and Thomas got into an argument and that Murder pulled out a handgun and shot the minor from close range. Thomas later died from his gunshot wound and C-Murder?was charged with his death in the same year.

The rapper has an appeal for his case?pending?with the U.S. Supreme Court.

As you know, being incarcerated has never really stopped rappers from releasing music. ?Atlanta?s Gucci Mane has managed to release almost 20 mixtapes since going to jail in 2013 for illegal possession of a firearm.
