According to?WXIA-TV, the Atlanta Police Department put a hold on Williams for an active warrant for entering auto, theft by taking, and simple battery and he has been transferred to the Fulton County jail.

The incident occurred in the wee hours of Feb. 28, inside the comedian?s sprawling lake house in Gainesville, Ga., where investigators say Katt ordered the beating of a bodyguard ? and watched as this female in his entourage, Tatiana Smith, 24, used a baseball bat to do it.

According to the bodyguard, Williams threatened to kill him if he told anyone. A search of the home days later turned up a large amount of marijuana and guns and two women face charges in the incident along with the entertainer.

This follows allegations from women the previous week that Williams and his entourage attacked them and put a gun in their faces. That incident is the one that led to the charges Williams now faces.

A group of young women said they saw Williams, recognized him, and asked if they could take his photo. He agreed. But they said he suddenly became angry because they were filming him. The women said Williams and his security detail took their phones, reached into a car to take another phone, and pointed a gun at them.

Williams presented a very different story from that night on February 28. He said the women were harassing him and wouldn’t leave him alone. He said his security team only took out a gun after hearing one of the women threatening to “pop someone”. No one was arrested that night.

According to the police report, there is video of the incident.

The same night, a man inside an Atlanta club reported that as he tried to take a video of the comedian ?Katt Williams slapped the iPhone out of his hand ? then punched him three times in the face.?

Williams was booked into the same Hall County jail over a week ago for allegedly punching an employee in the face at a pool supply store in Gainesville.

When asked if Williams?s was on a downward spiral, his Attorney, Drew Findling, chalks it all up to the price of fame, stating:

?He not only entertains crowds – standing room only crowds – and?venues all over the United States, but?he goes out?afterwards?and he enjoys the community and enjoys the social life,” Findling said.

“And he just subjects himself,?unfortunately, to being a target for?allegations and lawsuits.?

Meanwhile, Katt says he’s a target because he’s Black.
