Close friends vs. ‘Besties’…

Kenya confronts Cynthia about last week’s “BFF” drama continues and after she storms out of the room, Bailey confides with the rest of the group about the situation.

As Cynthia gets a bit tearful while she explains that while Kenya is a ‘close’ friend, she’s not her ‘best’ friend, Sheree speaks up to admit it was her who shared the news.

I never denied our friendship. What I said is what we aren’t ‘best friends’… because we’re NOT best friends! ~ Cynthia Bailey

Whatever the case, Cynthia feels bad about the situation and the ladies all feel that Bailey should tell Kenya exactly how she feels. Nene also offers to lend a hand to smooth things over.

Meanwhile, Kenya sits out of the trip and she’s shown confides in her only confidant, rent-a-date Matt, about the situation as they share a ‘romantic’ soak in the resort Jacuzzi.

Is it me? or does Kenya’s new boo seem a bit detached from his employer new lady love?

The Jacuzzi scene seemed so awkward and apparently it was considering Matt’s reaction to the ladies questions about the couple’s ‘get-away)… but we’ll get to that in a second.

Pesky gay rumors…

Nene actually manages to play peacemaker between Cynthia and Kenya and the lades all share an evening together by the pool.

Kim Fields sits this one out (probably to spend time with her kids), but her absence gives Kenya a chance to ‘get back’ at her by spilling a bit of ‘tea’ about Kim husband.

Now, I don’t know a thing about Kim Field’s husbands sexual proclivities, but apparently Kenya has ‘heard’ for years about what goes down and says even as far as Field’s ‘Living Single’ days, people have talked about Kim’s husband.

[FYI… Kim wasn’t even married to Chistopher Morgan when she was on Living Single. This is actually her 2nd marriage. Google is your friend.]

Kenya is clearly being a petty Betty (as usual) but the ladies all soak up the juicy tea she spilled and ALL (including Sheree) enjoyed soaking it up.

The OG’s vs. Kenya’s Rent-a-date…

As the ladies spill the tea on Kim’s husband, the men all share a ‘get to know you’ session with Kenya’s latest employee.

Things don’t go too well when Matt’s left alone with the group and it seems he’s just as ‘petty’ as is boss lady when he fails to hold his own with the OG ‘husbands’.

What starts as a friendly drink at the bar, almost turns into a street fight as the youngster is questioned about his past.

Things really didn’t add up when Matt claims he spent “about 5 years’ in the navy and has been a personal training for 6 years.?? Since Kenya’s rent-a-date has had such a full life for only being 28, the men continue questioning him.? Gregg s even surprised that with all of his ‘experience’ he doesn’t have any kids.

There was clearly a ton of this conversation that we did NOT see, but whatever the case, Matt couldn’t hold his own with the men by using his words, so he decided to use he feet and bounced on back to is room.

The ‘Mercial…

The day has finally arrived for Cynthia Bailey’s eyewear commercial shoot and all of the ladies are supportive of Kim’s directorial efforts…. well, all except Kenya of course!

On the way to the shoot, Matt gets further flustered when he can’t handle questions from the ladies about his ‘alone tme’ with Kenya.? It seems Kenya’s rent-a-date wasn’t fully prepared for people to think he was actually bumping skins with his employer, especially considering the vein that popped out of his head.

Kenya saves him though, by stepping in and answering the tough questions.

Duing the shoot, storm clouds and Kenya’s cold behavior cast a dark shadow over the shoot but that doesn’t stop the flow of things and the ‘mercial goes off without a hitch!

Everyone enjoys taking part in the shoot, but Kenya decides to ‘float’ away with her rent-a-date and doesn’t share in the camaraderie.

Sheree Rains on the Parade…

Kim is on cloud nine during the wrap party as everyone celebrates a successful ‘mercal.

Porsha’s Miami boo Oliver even arrives just in time to take part in the final day of the celebration.

Meanwhile, as everyone is enjoying the party, but it seems Sheree decides to work on securing her peach (since no one is falling for the ex-husband bit) and decides to turn things sour and rain on the parade.

Sheree alleges that she’s allergic to fake (I got a laugh out of that one), so she decides that she should tell Kim how fake everyone one else in the group is.

Previously, Whitfield joined in on Kenya’s mess poolside and is shown giggling about the ‘Miss Chrissy’ comments regarding Kim’s husband, but she takes it upon herself to ‘tell on’ everyone else.

Kim can’t even bask in the glow of her successful project without a bit of drama and she seems taken aback when Sheree brings up how ‘everyone’ (except Sheree of course) was calling Kim’s husband gay.

[Sidebar: It’s hard out there for a peachless ‘housewife’… somebody has to be the bearer of the mess and it seems that that torch has been passed on the Sheree.]
