The former Atlanta Braves outfielder subsequently attempted to clean up his rant, by explaining his position in a People Magazine interview (click HERE if you missed that).

Justice clearly still feels ‘somekindaway’ about his ex and now he’s seeking public acknowledgment from?Halle in a brand new interview where he blames HER for allowing the public to falsely believe that it was him who abused her when it was actually Wesley Snipes who did the damage.

Following years of rumors that he hit Halle Berry, David Justice is once again pleading with his ex?to tell the truth.

The former baseball player, 49, is speaking out about rumors that have haunted him since Berry said an ex once hit her so hard that she was left deaf in one ear.

Berry, who divorced Justice more than two decades ago, has never named her abuser but Justice said people assumed it was him. ?He addresses Berry in his latest interview, stating:

“I’m telling everybody I didn’t do it. ?YOU know I didn’t do it.”

Speaking to INSIDE EDITION with his wife by his side, Justice says that Berry’s silence has been damaging to both him and his family.

“If it was me, then say it. Say it. But she can’t say it because she knows it wasn’t. So she’d rather not say it and just let you go ahead and believe it.”

“It would’ve been cool if you had come out a long time ago and let people know it wasn’t me. That would’ve been cool. But you didn’t do it.”

For what it’s worth, I don’t think it’s Berry’s silence that’s damaging, it’s Justice bringing it all up in what seems to be a desperate attempt to get his ex to speak to him.

Whatever the case, what’s done is done and while it’s important to some to get closure, sometimes you just DON’T get it and you just have to move on!
