Clifford ‘T.I.’ Harris almost broke the internet earlier this week when he shared his thoughts about how the world isn’t ready for a female president because women are too emotional.

T.I. apologized for his statements almost as soon as they went viral (click HERE if you missed that), but after getting the side-eye from The Queen, Oprah Winfrey, Tip has now issued a formal video apology.

In the video above, Oprah seems astonished that anyone would think as T.I. does about a female president.
As she was walking out of CBS in NYC Wednesday morning TMZ photographers asked her about T.I.’s comment and she responded with a ‘Chile puh-lease!’
Now Tip has made another attempt at an apology for the comments that caught him so much flack and he eloquently states that he was just joking and it was all in poor taste.
