It seems the hit show will have it’s pick of the litter for it’s highly anticipated 2nd season, with A-listers clamoring for a shot to appear on the popular scripted weekly television series.

Daniels took to his Instagram account recently to announce Tyrese Gibson will be joining the cast for season two and Tyrese responded with a tongue in cheek reference to his ‘Baby Boy’ past experience working with Empire star Taraji P. Henson.
Daniels posted the photo above of he and actor Tyrese with the following proclamation that Gibson is the latest addition to the Empire cast, stating:

Tyrese joins the long list of celebs pegged for the show, which include, Chris Rock, Lenny Kravitz, Alicia Keys and even Oprah Winfrey.
