This time it’s Marcus T. Paulk who is posing in the latest jailhouse portrait.
Paulk, best known for playing alongside Brandy as her little brother on ‘Moesha,’ we arrested while partying during Super Bowl weekend in Arizona and charged with DUI, marijuana possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to court records, a deputy pulled Paulk’s vehicle over and could smell a strong odor of alcohol. As he stepped out of the car, officials said they noticed Paulk’s bloodshot and watery eyes, slurred speech and sway as he stood, according to court documents.
Deputies said Paulk showed several signs of impairment during a roadside sobriety test and showed a blood-alcohol content of .109 percent when he took a breath test. Law enforcement on the scene said they also found marijuana in Paulk’s front pocket.
But wait… Paulk then reportedly ‘confessed,’ allegedly admitting to deputies that the marijuana was his and that he had smoked it earlier in the day. He also told them he had been drinking Hennessy before he got behind the wheel.
The former tv star was then promptly arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence. (source)
