Luda’s baby mama testified in court yesterday, explaining to the judge that it’s ludicrous the rapper is fighting for full custody…. especially since he never wanted the child and tried to convince?her to have an abortion!

According to TMZ, Tamika Fuller said when Luda found out she was pregnant he cried, but they weren’t tears of joy. He said it would ruin his life and he then urged her to terminate the pregnancy.

Tamika also apparently knew all along she was the side chick, revealing in her testimony that one of the reasons Ludacris wanted her to abort was because the child wouldn’t have a father in the home.

Tamika’s testimony apparently swayed the judge in Luda’s favor because now he’s been granted physical custody of their young daughter, while Fuller has been granted visitation.

Sandra Rose?received an exclusive statement from Luda’s attorney, Tanya Mitchell Graham:

After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter.
