The table has turned on Dwight Howard‘s baby mama, Royce Reed.
It was only about a week ago that Reed accused the NBA star of child abuse after he disciplined their 7 year old son Braylon, and it was reported that he was being investigated by DFACS in Cobb County, Georgia.

Howard’s camp accused Reed of using their son as a ‘pawn against his father in an attempt to extract money’ and many feel the same due to how the pair’s parental issues have played out in the media over the years.
Well… now it’s Reed’s turn to feel the burn after news has surfaced that she’s been investigated on similar charges.

Dwight Howard’s son has had a rougher time than anyone thought … the baby mama who reported Dwight to Children’s Services for belting their son was herself investigated for the exact same thing.
The Florida Dept. of Children and Families (DCF) got a call in February from 6-year-old Braylon’s school, informing authorities the boy had been belted on the back of his neck and leg for using “potty words.”
According to docs, baby mama Royce Reed fessed up and said she did indeed belt the boy because he “dropped the f-bomb” in school. Authorities checked out the kid and there were no obvious marks … she told them she only hit him once with a child fabric belt. The case was closed out, but school officials spoke with Reed and accused her of using excessive force on the child.
After TMZ leaked the story, Reed responded with the following online statement:
This back and forth between the two parents is getting a bit old. For the sake of their adorable son, I would hope that they seek some sort of family counseling.
If not… Braylon could end up being taken away from them BOTH and that won’t be good for either one of them.
