Ceelo Green hit the tweets to offer his definition of ‘rape’, shortly after pleading no contest for charges that he slipped a woman ecstasy without her consent in 2012.

Green’s tweets caused such an uproar online, that he decided to delete his twitter account altogether!

This time Green’s statements came right after his plea of ‘no contest’ in that controversial rape case turnt felony drug case where he was sentenced to three years of probation, plus 45 days of community service, so now he’s choosing to remove himself from the social media site altogether.
Ceelo sent 3 final tweets to issue an apology to his millions of fans & followers prior to deleting his account, stating:
Let me 1st praise god for exoneration fairness & freedom! Secondly I sincerely apologize for my comments being taken so far out of context.

For the record, once you ‘deactivate’ a twitter account, you can ‘reactivate’ it within 30 days, so it’s not totally gone.
I suspect Ceelo won’t be giving up his 2+ million followers that easily and I totally expect him to be back online after y’all calm down.
